Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and service requests using Salesforce CRM
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT)
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote premium services
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Quiet, dedicated home office with reliable internet
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
