Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; native English proficiency required.
- Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
