Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
- Provide product information and training to customers to enhance their experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Must reside in the Baltimore, MD area with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
