Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex technical or billing issues.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, adhering to company call scripts and guidelines.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to account management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
