Responsibilities

- Resolve product and service issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
