Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in our CRM database.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, calm demeanor when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Must reside in the Louisville, KY area.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
