Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Provide product information, technical support, and account management assistance.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional customer service experience (remote or in-office) is highly desirable.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
