Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores and resolution times
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Document all interactions in CRM systems following compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills with clear verbal/written abilities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and emotional intelligence
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
