- Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests accurately.
- Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client support representative.
- Basic knowledge of relevant computer software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
