We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our expanding team for a Work From Home Night Shift position. Based in Louisville, Illinois, this role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the stability of a full-time schedule. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues for remote clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
