Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone support in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and order inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
