Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately log all interactions and transactions into the CRM database.
- Research and provide solutions for complex customer problems in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
