Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve issues and answer questions professionally and empathetically.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns, offering creative and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Compliance Adherence: Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a modern computer (Windows or Mac) with a headset.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a home office setting.
- Empathy: A patient, friendly, and patient demeanor when dealing with diverse customer populations.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to work from the Omaha, NE area.
