- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high standard of call quality and adherence to call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
