- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues or billing discrepancies, providing clear solutions to customers.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and account changes into the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support tiers or technical teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policy changes, and software updates to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude in every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant customer service certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
