Responsibilities

- Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve escalated tickets.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and improve customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
