Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and product/service issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve complex service issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Wichita, KS.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
