Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution time targets
- Update customer profiles and document all interactions in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a virtual team environment
- Flexibility to cover evening/weekend shifts as needed
- Philadelphia residency required (must pass local background check)
