Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Must reside within Washington DC metropolitan area
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
