- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and confident assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must reside in the United States with a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support roles is highly valued.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
