- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Access customer accounts and update information using our state-of-the-art CRM software.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Proactively suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
