Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Diagnose customer issues accurately and provide detailed, patient, and friendly solutions to resolve problems.
- Utilize CRM software and internal databases to update customer accounts, track interactions, and log issue resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the technical support or management team promptly.

- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and call scripts to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
