Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate, empathetic solutions or escalate complex matters to supervisors.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and account history in our CRM system.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Stay current on product updates, policy changes, and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, positive tone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
