Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
