Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Accurately document all interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance customer value.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM) and strong computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear phone voice.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high reliability.
- Must reside in the San Antonio, TX area (or be willing to relocate).
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and friendly demeanor.
