Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience or tech support background
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and remote desktop tools
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
