Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining precise records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex customer problems
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, FCR)
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space with ergonomic setup
- Ability to work rotating weekends and evening shifts
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
