Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on business needs
