- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response times and resolution rates
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong emotional intelligence
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet dedicated workspace
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with virtual teams
