- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% accuracy
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories for compliance
- Meet/exceed SLAs with average response time under 90 seconds
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues seamlessly
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge and soft skills
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with neutral accent
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Nevada residency and ability to pass background check
- Typing speed minimum 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
