Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team members using digital communication tools
- Participate in bi-weekly training and development sessions
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
