Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems while maintaining detailed documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved cases efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Stay current on product knowledge through continuous training modules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with empathetic approach
