Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to de-escalate tense situations
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid North Carolina work authorization and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings
