- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with empathy
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity benchmarks
- Collaborate with support teams on complex cases
- Participate in weekly training and feedback sessions
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
