Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining data confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when needed
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT and handle time targets
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and share feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years in customer service or related support role
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
