- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in our customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including response times and customer satisfaction scores
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth objectives
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite
