- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction metrics
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet daily performance targets including handle time, resolution rate, and quality scores
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on products and policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2C environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict SLAs
- Valid US work authorization and reliable home equipment
