Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining data security protocols
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT targets
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience and revenue
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and clear verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home office
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends based on business needs
