Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases for continuity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- TX residency required for local support compliance
