Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- High-speed home internet & quiet workspace
- Proficient with MS Office & CRM platforms
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability between 8am-8pm ET
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check & drug screen
