- Update and maintain CRM records with 99% accuracy for case tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill-building workshops
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for all customer interactions
- Document process improvements through monthly feedback reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote environment
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Valid Pennsylvania residency required for tax purposes
