Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with average handle time under 5 minutes
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and skill development workshops
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or virtual environment
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with neutral accent
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
