Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLAs
- Utilize Salesforce and Zendesk platforms to document interactions and track metrics
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain detailed case notes and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in virtual teams
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
