Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound customer calls daily via VOIP
- Resolve billing inquiries, order issues, and product questions
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions using CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Collaborate with virtual team leads via Slack/Zoom
- Maintain 99% attendance and schedule adherence
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High-speed internet connection (min 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (flexible scheduling available)
- Strong typing (40+ WPM) and multitasking skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Must be authorized to work in the US
