Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Meet/exceed performance metrics: 95% CSAT, <2.5 AHT
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex resolution
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain 99.5% uptime in virtual work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to cover rotating shifts including weekends
