Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and digital inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases to senior specialists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality
- Participate in weekly coaching and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Ohio or North Carolina residency required
