Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Must reside in the Seattle, WA area or be willing to relocate to Washington State.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.

- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
