Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining 95%+ quality scores
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and service protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a remote or contact center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed home internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and quiet, dedicated workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
