Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, emails, and chat messages with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide accurate solutions using our knowledge base and CRM tools.
- Documentation: Log all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer pain points to help refine our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the backend technical team to ensure complex issues are escalated and resolved correctly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates with strong communication skills.
- Location: Must reside within the Louisville, KY area or be willing to relocate to the region.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home workspace, and a modern computer (Windows 10+ or Mac OS).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
