Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using proprietary CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce with 100% compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue escalation
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 25+ calls/day, <10 AHT, 90% first-call resolution
- Participate in weekly team huddles and quarterly development reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/virtual environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with Midwestern dialect comfort
- Stable high-speed internet (50+ Mbps) and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends (schedule assigned)
